Weihnachtsoratorium 2025

Bachkoor Holland will once again perform the Christmas Oratorio in December. Together with the Concertgebouw Chamber Orchestra, the choir will perform this J.S. Bach masterpiece at the Nieuwe Kerk in Delft. They performed the oratorio for the first time at this historic venue in 2017. In this beautiful setting, Bach's music seems to shine. Under the direction of Gijs Leenaars, the following soloists will perform alongside the choir and orchestra: Heidi Baumgartner (soprano), Yongbeom Kwon (countertenor), Edward Ross (tenor, Evangelist), and Tobias Berndt (bass). The concert will take place on Saturday, December 20th at 7:30 PM.
